Entries are saved as completed trips and flow straight into Trip Reports, Work Analysis and the Reports tab. It does not change any truck or driver's current live status.

Jastar is a logistics operator and does not issue interchange documents — this log is for interchange documents received from ports, CFS/depots and shipping lines when trucks gate in or out with a container.
Every client, depot and CFS entered here becomes selectable as an Origin/Destination in Dispatch, the Driver app, Fuel Log stations, Invoicing and Reports.
Workshop job card approvals and status advances are handled in the Admin section only.
Every driver can be paid however suits the client or arrangement — flat rate per trip, per kilometre, both, or fully manual. Set a driver's default under Drivers → Edit Driver, then record trip pay, mileage, advances and deductions here or straight from a trip.

The live fleet map uses free OpenStreetMap tiles via Leaflet.js — no API key or billing account required. Address lookups use the free Nominatim reverse-geocoding service. Street View imagery is Google's own coverage, opened via a free public link — no API key or billing account required. Coverage may be limited at depots and private yards Google hasn't photographed.
